The R.I.S.E. Up Bus is back and better than ever!  This early‑learning program helps children ages 0–4 build a strong foundation for reading and learning. The bus visits all five Osceola County Libraries throughout the week.

Weekly Library Schedule 

R.I.S.E. Up Osceola (Newborn–2 years)

Monday - Poinciana 10am only

• Tuesday - Buenaventura Lakes (BVL) 9:30am and 10:30am
• Wednesday - West Osceola (Celebration) 9:30am and 10:30am 
• Thursday - Veterans Memorial (St. Cloud) 9:30am and 10:30am
• Friday - Hart Memorial Center (Downtown Kissimmee) 10am only
