Principal’s Message

Dear Cypress Elementary Families,

Welcome to the second Quarter of the school year! We are excited to continue partnering with you as we support our students' academic growth and success. This semester brings many opportunities for learning, achievement, and making lasting memories together.

As we begin this exciting new semester, our students are hard at work learning and mastering the Florida B.E.S.T. Standards. Every day in the classroom is filled with meaningful learning experiences designed to help students grow academically and build the skills they need for future success. We are proud of the effort and progress our students continue to demonstrate.

As part of our academic focus, students are also preparing for the upcoming FAST PM2 assessment. Our teachers are using data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and engaging classroom activities to ensure students feel confident and prepared to do their very best. We encourage families to support learning at home by reading together, practicing foundational skills, and ensuring students arrive at school ready to learn each day.

With the holidays approaching, we look forward to celebrating the season while continuing to maintain high expectations for learning and achievement. The second semester brings many exciting opportunities, and we are grateful for your continued partnership in your child's education.
